Sales Development Representative(SDR)

You’ll be focusing on large web publishers in North America , identifying their pain points, and building a robust pipeline for Mile’s sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage decision-makers within large media and publishing organizations.
Account-Based Outreach: Develop and execute tailored strategies for each target account to address specific needs and challenges.
Pipeline Generation: Consistently deliver a strong pipeline by meeting and exceeding monthly outreach and lead generation goals.
Understanding Programmatic Tech: Stay up to date on programmatic advertising trends and be able to articulate Mile’s value proposition effectively.
CRM Management: Track outreach efforts and manage the sales pipeline using tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Collaborative Alignment: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, develop assets, and align on go-to-market strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 1-3 years in an outbound SDR or similar role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales targeting North American markets.
Market Know-how: Experience working with large organizations and understanding the nuances of longer sales cycles.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, customer-specific outreach messages.
Results-Driven: A proven track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline goals in current and past roles.
Self-Starter: Comfortable working in an early-stage, high-growth environment with minimal supervision.
