Key Responsibilities: Sourcing Candidates: Identify potential candidates using job portals, social media, and professional networks. Screening Applicants: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and suitability for various roles. Job Posting: Create and manage job advertisements on various recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system. Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed about recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments. Candidate Engagement: Provide updates and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. Administrative Support: Assist in preparing recruitment reports, managing correspondence, and supporting recruitment-related tasks. Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities align with company policies and applicable labor laws. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
