This is a remote position.

Job Overview: 
As a Loan Processor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth processing and approval of loan applications. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of loan processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional service to clients and industry partners.
Job Description:
- Receive, review, and process loan applications submitted by borrowers. - Monitor and manage mortgage interest rates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current standards.
- Accurately input and maintain data related to loan applications and processing stages.
- Assist in managing loan servicing activities, including customer inquiries and account management.
- Conduct thorough credit reviews and assessments to evaluate borrower eligibility and creditworthiness.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the loan processing lifecycle.
- Coordinate loan settlements and closings, collaborating with various stakeholders to finalize transactions.
- Handle specialized tasks related to construction loans, such as monitoring progress and disbursing funds.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with brokers, customers, lenders, solicitors, accountants, and other relevant industry partners.
Requirements Possession of a Certificate IV or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in loan processing
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of precision and thoroughness in all tasks.
Strong proficiency in using various general-use applications such as Microsoft Excel, Adobe PDF Editor, Microsoft Word, and PDF handling tools.
Familiarity with industry-specific processes and procedures related to loan processing, compliance, and customer service.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple loan applications concurrently.
Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment.
