Sales & Marketing Executive – Fitness Studio

Job Purpose:

To drive membership sales, promote the gym's services, and build strong client relationships by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies that increase revenue and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:Sales

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through walk-ins, phone calls, referrals, and digital inquiries.
  • Give studio tours and explain membership packages to prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals and upselling (personal training, group classes, nutrition packages, etc.).
  • Handle objections and close sales effectively.

Marketing

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (both online and offline).
  • Promote the gym through social media, WhatsApp campaigns, and local advertising.
  • Organize and support fitness events, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with influencers, nearby businesses, and community groups to increase visibility.
  • Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather feedback from members to improve services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales/marketing, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about fitness.

Performance Metrics:

  • Monthly/quarterly membership sales achieved.
  • Number of leads generated and converted.
  • Member retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Work Environment:

  • On-site at the fitness studio.
  • May require flexible working hours (including weekends/evenings for promotions or events).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹54,509.50 per month
