HedgeHomes is India’s first end-to-end home buying platform located in Noida. As a real-estate consulting startup, we bring transparency and trust to the process of buying properties. Our team of engineers and law consultants have rated properties on 9 parameters, including legal checks, construction quality, livability, location, builder’s background, project amenities, value for money, RERA compliances, and Vastu analysis. We work with reputed builders, but we judge them on a project-to-project basis to ensure homebuyers make logical decisions and avoid falling into price traps. Our focus on trust and transparency sets us apart.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Sales Manager at HedgeHomes in Noida. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with high-value clients through direct enquiries and present the company's services and offerings- Understand clients' needs and requirements, and offer expert advice and guidance on suitable properties from our verified list of options- Accompany clients on site visits and provide comprehensive information on the pros and cons of each location, helping them make informed decisions- Close sales, finalize all necessary paperwork, and hand over to the post-sales team for seamless service delivery- Support business development activities through active lead nurturing, developing long-lasting relationships with prospects, and maximizing sales opportunities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions using our cloud-based CRM system- Build, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team that consistently meets or exceeds sales targets
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales- Proven track record of sales success and managerial experience- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
