Responsibilities:
The below is your ideal roles and responsibilities
Lead and oversee the sales Department within the call centre.
Manage and guide the team leaders, managers and other teams within the sales department.
Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and objectives
Monitor sales metrics and performance targets.
Provide coaching and training to the team members to enhance their sales skills
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
Analyse sales data's and trends and make informed decisions
Managing the entire Telecalling team. hiring/training/developing agents and management team, process: tight operational rigor with best-in-class processes and infrastructure, expertise: build businesses through learning more about the industry and scaling team capabilities
Have led large teams (100+ member teams) and managed multiple channels outbound and inbound calling, chat, email etc
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving ability
Skills Required:
The candidate should have the below skill sets,
Excellent communications skills and Interpersonal abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Proven experience in senior sales manager role, preferably in call centre environment
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
Good attention to detail and good in data management
