In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment while coordinating travel, facilities, and day-to-day office management tasks. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Operations:  Welcome and assist visitors, manage calls and meeting room bookings, and maintain a tidy and professional reception area. Administrative Support:  Oversee daily office operations, handle courier logistics, coordinate with vendors, and assist with company events and HR support when required. Travel Desk Management:  Arrange employee travel including flight bookings, visa processing, and accommodations, ensuring compliance with travel budgets and smooth coordination with travel vendors. Reporting & Coordination:  Maintain records and reports for office operations, travel, and admin activities; collaborate with vendors for efficient service delivery.
