The role also entails conducting follow-ups, maintaining a pipeline of potential leads, and providing feedback for continuous improvement.Qualifications- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in business development, lead generation, and client relationship management- Ability to identify and meet client needs through tailored solutions- Proven capability in meeting and exceeding sales targets- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities- Previous experience in sales or the education/training sector is an advantage- Basic knowledge of e-learning or certification programs is preferred- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
