Job Summary: The Odoo Senior Developer will be responsible for designingdeveloping and implementing advanced Odoo modules tailored to ourEMR requirements. This role involves leading development effortsensuring highquality deliverables and providing technical guidanceto junior developers.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • DevelopmentLeadership:
    • Leadthe design and development of complex Odoo modules for the EMRsoftware.
    • Customize and optimizeOdoo applications to meet specific hospitalneeds.
    • Implement new functionalitiesand integrations asrequired.
  • TechnicalOversight:
    • Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to juniordevelopers.
    • Conduct code reviews andensure adherence to bestpractices.
    • Troubleshoot and resolvecomplex technicalissues.
  • IntegrationandMigration:
    • IntegrateOdoo with other hospital systems and thirdpartyapplications.
    • Plan and execute datamigration from legacy systems toOdoo.
  • QualityAssurance:
    • Developand execute comprehensive testplans.
    • Ensure the reliability andperformance of Odooapplications.
  • CollaborationandDocumentation:
    • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and deliversolutions.
    • Maintain detailedtechnicaldocumentation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology or a relatedfield.
  • Experience:
    • Extensiveexperience in Odoo development (5years).
    • Strong proficiency in Pythonand JavaScript.
    • Proven experiencewith PostgreSQL and relationaldatabases.
  • Skills:
    • Deepunderstanding of Odoo architecture andmodules.
    • Excellent problemsolvingand analytical skills.
    • Strongleadership and mentoringabilities.
    • Effective communicationand collaborationskills.
