The Odoo Instructor is responsible for providing instructional sessions on the Odoo ERP platform to both clients and internal personnel. The main goal is to develop and implement training initiatives that enable users to comprehend and proficiently utilize various Odoo modules.

• Design and conduct Odoo training programs.
• Customize training materials to fulfill specific client requirements.
• Administer in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions.
• Facilitate practical exercises and hands-on training sessions.
• Develop and maintain training guides and user manuals.
• Assess training needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Evaluate training efficacy through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
• Stay abreast of the latest Odoo functionalities and modules.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to customize training based on client needs.
• Provide post-training assistance as necessary.

• Prior experience as an Odoo Instructor or in a similar capacity.
• Thorough understanding of Odoo ERP and its modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.
• Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
• Capability to clarify intricate concepts effectively.
• Experience in creating training materials.
• Familiarity with various training methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking proficiencies.
• Hold a certification in Odoo or related ERP systems (preferred).
