Join Our Team as a Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Are you passionate about HR and ready to take on a strategic role within a dynamic organization? We are seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team.


Role Overview:

As an HRBP, you will be the primary HR contact for our North American, Canadian, and LATAM teams. You will work closely with the Global Head of HR to deliver exceptional HR services and drive strategic people initiatives across the region. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by aligning HR strategies with business goals and fostering a positive work environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Partnership:
  • Partner with the leadership teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable HR strategies.
  • Advise, improve and execute processes on talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, talent mobility across geos and employee engagement.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives aligned with regional and global business objectives.
  • Own, support and improve the employee experience for the Community of Practices model (Circles) within the organization.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues effectively.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive retention and high performance.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to promote a strong company culture.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management:
  • Support the recruitment process for the organization, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • HR Compliance & Administration:
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant labor laws and regulations across North America, Canada, and LATAM.
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with HR Operations to partner and improve existing processes that align with organization goals.
  • Manage HR data and reporting for the assigned region.
  • Global Collaboration:
  • Partner with the Global Head of HR and other HRBPs to share best practices and ensure consistency in HR processes across the organization.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a global or large organization, preferably within the Engineering Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Proven experience in partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems (preferred).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (a plus).
