You will collaborate with various departments to assess training needs, design and implement training materials, and facilitate engaging and informative training sessions. Your goal will be to empower employees with the necessary competencies to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities: Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and gaps within the organization.
Conduct surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations to gather insights into training requirements.
Analyze feedback and data to determine the most critical areas for skill development.
Curriculum Development: Design comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to address identified needs.
Develop training modules, presentations, manuals, and other resources using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.
Ensure training content aligns with organizational objectives, industry standards, and best practices.
Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars either in-person or through virtual platforms.
Engage participants through interactive activities, discussions, and real-world examples to maximize learning outcomes.
Adapt training methods and content to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
Evaluation and Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant evaluations, performance metrics, and post-training surveys.
Solicit feedback from trainees and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Analyze training outcomes and make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements as needed.
Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and advancements relevant to training topics.
Serve as a subject matter expert in areas related to employee development, professional skills, and job-specific competencies.
Provide guidance and support to employees seeking further clarification or assistance outside of formal training sessions.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training initiatives are integrated with other organizational processes and initiatives.
Communicate regularly with managers and stakeholders to provide updates on training activities, progress, and outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting the value of training and professional growth.
Job Requirement Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery, preferably in a corporate setting. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Certifications in training, coaching, or related fields are a plus. Qualification : Any graduate / Post graduate can apply .
