  • Focus on increasing sales volumes and achieving revenue targets within the region.
  • Develop and expand a network of dealers, distributors, and retailers across the Northern India region.
  • Develop and execute effective pricing strategies to increase profit margins while staying competitive in the market.
  • Drive consistent growth in sales volume and value through strategic marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Screen and identify strategic locations in the region to build or partner with warehouses, ensuring proximity to key markets and customers.
  • Build strong, enduring relationships with key customers, including large agricultural operations, landscapers, and government contractors.
