Role & responsibilities
- Lead the introduction of the Weed Mats/Ground Covers product to the Northern India region, creating awareness and demand within the agricultural and landscaping markets.
- Design and implement strategies to penetrate the market, establishing the brand as a top choice for weed control solutions.
- Focus on increasing sales volumes and achieving revenue targets within the region.
- Develop and expand a network of dealers, distributors, and retailers across the Northern India region.
- Develop and execute effective pricing strategies to increase profit margins while staying competitive in the market.
- Drive consistent growth in sales volume and value through strategic marketing and sales campaigns.
- Screen and identify strategic locations in the region to build or partner with warehouses, ensuring proximity to key markets and customers.
- Build strong, enduring relationships with key customers, including large agricultural operations, landscapers, and government contractors.
