Role Description


As a Business Development Executive, your journey will encompass:


  • Foster a culture of sales excellence across all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Enhance C-level relationships with current and future clients, demonstrating business impact and ROI in a compelling and articulate manner.
  • Serve as a key ambassador and spokesperson in building the brand.
  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Megam services
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline


Qualifications

·      Minimum 3 year of successful fulltime B2B sales experience.

·      Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

·      Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and processes.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

·      Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.

·      Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·      CRM experience a plus.
