Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of US/North American clients.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster positive relationships.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, applying insights to enhance client strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for engagement and ROI.


Qualifications:


  • 7+ years of experience managing social media for US/North American clients, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
  • Proficiency in all major social media platforms and a deep understanding of their unique features and audience dynamics.
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools and paid advertising strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
