Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to join our team at Oasis Fertility in Bangalore (HSR Layout / Banashankari). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, driving revenue growth, managing a diverse team, and supporting business development activities. This role requires excellent leadership skills, business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the center, including scheduling, staff management, inventory, and customer service.
Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets, including promoting fertility services, upselling, and identifying new business opportunities.
Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of medical and non-medical staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a patient-centric approach.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal quality assurance protocols.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure the financial health of the center.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on operational and financial performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in healthcare or fertility services.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and manage budgets.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
