Web: Team Leader /Assistant Manager-

Digital Marketing Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Location: Noida

Position Summary: The Team Leader - Digital Marketing will oversee and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing campaigns, leading teams, and optimizing digital channels to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Team/AM Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to meet project goals. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.- Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display ads. Align strategies with business objectives and KPIs.- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic marketing campaigns. Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate insights. Prepare regular performance reports for management.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive campaigns. Liaise with clients or internal departments for feedback and approvals.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; certifications in DM preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Working Days: 6 days per week
