If the buyer is dissatisfied with the inquired property, suggest alternatives and schedule visits 8. Analyzing the latest property market trends 9. Utilize cold-calling techniques to grow your pipeline 10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes 11. Provide regular reports to the manager regarding client interactions, property visits, and sales progress
Remuneration: CTC: 3.6 LPA to 4.2 LPA (depends on experience & qualification) Monthly Incentives/Variable - Over and above fixed CTC earn Variable pay of 10k per month - Plus another 5k* incentives on closure of each deal. So if a Sales Consultant (visit) closes 4 deals in a month, that month’s Incentive earned by you would be 5*4=20K
