Location: Mumbai

Role Overview Your Tasks – What You can Expect as Manager- Print Support (f/m/d):

 

1. Provide Techincal Support and expert guidance & support to customers regardign application, usage and troubleshooting for Siegwerk products.

2. Print process Optimization . Also collaborate with Customers to optimize printing processes including ink selection, color matching, & print settings.

3. Collaborate with AT, PSR & QA  to address customer queries/ complaints or quality issues ensuring timely resolution & continous improvement.

4. Collaborate with Sales team for new customer / busienss development 

5. Build & maintain relationship with Key customers, understaing their needs, challenges & providing tailored solutions.

6. Product development fedback and also collect customer feedback , market trends & competitor offerings to contribute to new product development & innovation activities.

 

Your Profile – What do You bring as Manager-Print Support (f/m/d):

1. Should be from ink industry with very strong sales background.

2.  Should have a team handling experience.

3. Should be a BE/B.TEch qualification.

4.   Should have 7+ Yrs experience.

5.  The individual should possess a deep understanding of not only technical aspects of sheet-fed printing inks & coatings but also of the commercia       dynamics of the printing industry .
