CTC:              40k to 95k CTC per month (fixed + variable)

 

Reporting Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

 

Industry:       Offset Printing Consumables

 

 

Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Asst. Sales Manager to join our retail sales team. The Asst. Sales Manager will play a key role in promoting the consumables portfolio of chemicals and blankets to customers and re-sellers. They will be responsible for coordinating activities between Customers, procurement division, dispatch division, and billing division. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1)     Conduct market research and identify customers for the sale of the company’s offset printing blankets & chemicals.

2)     Approach customers and present the company’s offerings of blankets and chemicals to the customer via presentations and brochures.

3)     Acquire trial dates for products within the portfolio assigned to you (Blankets & Chemicals).

4)     Coordinate with the Procurement and Dispatch divisions to ensure material reaches the customer or dealer.

5)     Conduct trials at the customer’s shopfloor and convince the customer of cost savings and/or quality improvement and/or problems solved.

6)     Obtain Purchase orders from the customers and dealers and forward the same to Accounts department for billing.

7)     Follow up with customers regularly to ensure smooth and continual running with repeat orders.

8)     Attend any technical troubleshooting engagements as required by the customer and approved by the head of retail sales.

9)     Develop a dealership network for the blankets and ensure order placement and projections.

10)  Ensure sales targets are executed.

11)  Any other tasks as assigned by the board of directors from time to time.


Qualifications:

 

1) B. Tech (Printing) or Diploma in Printing Technology holders only.

 

2) 5+ years’ experience as a printing engineer or salesperson for printing technology.

 

3) A good network of peers in offset and flexographic print production.

 

4) Up to date with the latest offset and flexographic printing technologies.

 

5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

6) Positive attitude and willingness to GROW.

 

Skills:

 

1) Hands on experience in a production environment is highly preferred.

 

2) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
