Role Overview

 

Your Tasks – What You can Expect as Assistant Manager-Print Support and Services (f/m/d):

  • Successful implementation of printing solutions at customers through trials & other support
  • Differentiation of Siegwerk against competition through effective print support at shop floor (press & ink room)
  • Customer complaints are satisfactorily resolved
  • Identification of new business opportunities
  • Awareness of latest market and competitive situation
  • Trials of Siegwerk printing solutions at customer site
  • Provide support at customer shop floor including pre & post press to ensure smooth implementation of Siegwerk offerings
  • Optimization of printing parameters (press & inks) to ensure optimal printability and subsequent packaging performance
  • Gather and collect samples & information to support AT in the development or modification of formulations
  • Accurate and comprehensive documentation and reporting in line with defined standards.
  • Siegwerk differentiation strategy implementation at strategic accounts
  • Comply with safety and 5S requirement in both laboratory and plant
  • Comply with customer shop floor practices
  • Other operational activities including annual stock taking                                                                                                                                                                       

 

    Your Profile – What do You bring as Assistant Manager-Print Support (f/m/d): 

  • You have a university degree  in Printing and Packaging
  • Excellent customer sevice and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of tea m.
