The role sets the strategic direction for capability development, leads the creation of innovative learning solutions, and ensures compliance and consistency in all operational and compliance training. Collaboration with managers and subject matter experts is central, as is coordinating programs, maintaining accurate records, and fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement You Will Bring Experience facilitating the delivery of training or learning and development in a multi-site operational environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
