This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce aligned with BIBA’s growth plans.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionLead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, retail, design, and manufacturing roles.Partner with business leaders to plan and fulfil manpower requirements effectively.Design and execute employer branding initiatives to position BIBA as a preferred workplace.Drive leadership hiring and build a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.Implement recruitment analytics, dashboards, and process automation for efficiency.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, search partners, and institutes.Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.Corporate HROversee HR operations for all corporate employees including onboarding, lifecycle management, and compliance.Manage annual performance management and goal-setting processes.Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives at the head office.Partner with function heads to identify capability gaps and support development interventions.Ensure smooth policy implementation and governance across corporate functions.Support manpower budgeting, cost analysis, and productivity improvement initiatives.People & LeadershipLead and mentor a small team of recruiters/HR generalists to deliver business-aligned outcomes.Collaborate closely with HR COEs (Compensation, L&D, HRBP) to ensure a unified HR approach.Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on talent trends and workforce planning.Contribute to organizational projects related to digital HR transformation and culture enhancement.Key InterfacesBusiness & Function HeadsRetail & Factory HR TeamsExternal Search Partners and InstitutionsCorporate HR COEsDesired ProfileEducation: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.Experience: 8–10 years of progressive HR experience with significant exposure to Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR.Industry Preference: Fashion Retail / Apparel / LifestyleKey Skills:Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningLeadership Hiring & Employer BrandingHR Business Partnering & EngagementPolicy & Process ManagementHR Analytics & Digital ToolsPersonal AttributesStrategic mindset with strong execution ability.Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.High ownership, agility, and solution orientation.Strong communication and influencing skills.Passion for people, culture, and organizational growth.
