The role:

Junior Visual Designer

Firebrand Labs | Full-time | Chennai

CTC: ₹3 - 4 LPA (negotiable)

What you will do:

  • Design day-to-day creatives for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms
  • Assist in building brand identity systems and collaterals (pitch decks, brochures, merch, etc.)
  • Create infographics and visual content that catch attention
  • Support the design team on UI/UX projects for websites and products
  • Join brainstorms and contribute fresh, fun ideas
  • Collaborate closely with senior designers and copywriters
  • Learn the ropes of handling projects and grow your confidence with client-facing exposure

Your toolbox (must-haves):

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Figma or Adobe XD (basics are great to start with)
  • Adobe InDesign (bonus if you’ve dabbled in it)

Extra brownie points for:

  • Motion design (After Effects)
  • 3D/design mockups (Adobe Dimensions or similar)

Soft skills that go a long way:

  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Strong communication (know how to explain your work)
  • A collaborative spirit - team player first, designer always
  • Drive to grow into an independent designer (and beyond)
