We are looking for a passionate and creativeVisual Designer & Associate Art Director who can communicate the brand's existing vision into compelling visuals and experiences across digital and physical platforms. Position Overview TheVisual Designer & Associate Art Directorwill collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualise, design, and execute high-impact visual communications that align with the brand's luxury positioning. The role requires a balance of creativity, leadership, and aesthetic judgment, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The ideal candidate should be a proactive team player with an eye for detail and a willingness to travel for photo shoots, brand events, and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities - Conceptualize and design creative campaigns, visual assets, and communication materials for both digital and print platforms. - Define and uphold the brand's visual identity across marketing, packaging, retail, and social media channels. - Collaborate with photographers, stylists, and copywriters to deliver cohesive brand narratives. - Manage all stages of the design process from concept and storyboard to final execution. - Provide creative direction for photo and video shoots, ensuring aesthetics align with brand tone. - Supervise junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and growth-driven work environment. - Stay informed about design trends, materials, and techniques relevant to luxury and fashion brands. Required Skills & Attributes - Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability. - Excellent management and leadership skills. - Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). - Working knowledge ofCanvaand other design tools. - Keen sense of layout, composition, color, and typography. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Willingness to learn new design trends and technologies. - Team-oriented, detail-driven, and deadline-focused approach. Education & Preferred Institutes - Graduate or Postgraduate inB.DesorFashion Communicationfrom one of the following institutions: - NIFT,IICD,NID,Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design & Technology, orJD Institute of Fashion Technology. Job Type & Travel - Full-time, On-site (Dehradun) - Travel:Required for shoots, events, and brand-related assignments Portfolio Requirement Applicants must submit adigital portfolioshowcasing previous design work, including campaign visuals, brand identity projects, and any motion or styling work.
