About the Role We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our Marketing team. This role will be central to evolving Brightedge’s visual and brand language across all marketing touchpoints. From designing user workflows and mockups for new features, to executing marketing collateral, to leading our website revamp, this role combines product-aligned creativity with a marketing-first focus. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product stakeholders to craft compelling, user-friendly, and brand-consistent designs that drive engagement and communicate Brightedge’s value. Responsibilities Website Revamp & Evolution: Lead visual design for a major website revamp, ensuring consistency, usability, and strong brand storytelling. Brand & Visual Language: Define and maintain a scalable, modern, and cohesive brand identity across digital and offline assets. Marketing Design: Deliver high-quality visual assets for campaigns, events, ads, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and social media. Feature Showcases & Workflows: Translate complex product features into intuitive visual workflows, mockups, and demo experiences that resonate with users. Collaboration: Partner with marketing strategists, content creators, and product managers to ensure design supports both storytelling and performance. Design Systems: Establish and manage style guides, templates, and design systems for consistent execution. Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in visual design, UI/UX, or marketing design (Saa S or B2 B technology experience a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing work across brand identity, web, and marketing collateral. Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.). Ability to balance marketing storytelling with product design sensibility. Familiarity with user-centered design principles and workflows. Strong communication skills and ability to present design rationale to non-design stakeholders. Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly. Required Skills Visual design expertise. UI/UX design experience. Proficiency in design tools. Strong communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in Saa S or B2 B technology.
