HR Generalist

who can support our growing workforce with agility, professionalism, and innovation.

✨ What You’ll Do:Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent in the renewable energy sector.Drive employee engagement initiatives that align with our mission of sustainability and growth.Handle day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and policy administration.Collaborate with department heads to ensure workforce planning and development.Provide guidance on labor laws and ensure statutory compliance.Support training and development programs to upskill teams for a greener tomorrow.

What We’re Looking For:Education:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:

2-4 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the renewable energy or allied industries.Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Indian labor laws, and employee engagement strategies.Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.Passion for renewable energy and sustainability will be a plus
