About the Role:As the CRM Manager, you’ll be the face of our company for our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence. You’ll leverage your expertise in the wind energy industry to build relationships, drive customer loyalty, and align solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:✔️ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.✔️ Drive customer satisfaction and retention strategies tailored to the wind industry.✔️ Manage and optimize CRM systems to track customer interactions and trends.✔️ Collaborate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.✔️ Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and technological advancements in renewable energy.

Who We’re Looking For:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Experience:5-8 years in customer relationship management or related roles.At least 3 years in the wind energy or renewable energy sector.️

Technical Expertise:

Familiarity with wind turbine operations and CRM tools.

Tamil, English, and Hindi
