Source Customers from the open market.

Recruitment and building strong sales team.

New initiatives to attract new customers.

Ensuring team headcount is maintained at all times.

Accountable for performance and productivity of self & team.

Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing & acquisition.

Keep a close watch on competitors' products, policies, and market strategy.

Conduct training for all the team members on product/ updates.

Eligibility- 1.

The candidate who is currently working in Muthoot group with two years of experience and have previous experience in sales as a team leader and above level.

The candidate should possess good communication skills in the local languages & English.

Required good Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Staff should ready to travel across the region.
