Job Purpose :-

Our Connectivity/Security portfolio engages with market across Large Enterprises, Government and SME sectors to support multiple propositions for domestic and global customers across a wide range of connectivity and cyber security services including MPLS, GMPLS, NPLC, IPLC, Internet, Managed security (leading OEM’s), DDoS, Email/Web Security & further expected to get enriched with SD WAN and SASE and associated solutions. The practice product architect is a cluster role, with subject matter expertise in above domain, and associated technologies and platforms. The role drive the products penetration enabling order booking at clusters level.

Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas :-

Design and develop connectivity and security technology solutions, including evaluation of promising technologies and development of evaluation criteria Drive and lead the penetration of Connectivity and security product practice in the clusters. Ability to influence and engage with customers, partners, suppliers and senior management and establish immediate credibility across technical and service skills that are backed by market and delivery experience Demonstrate enthusiasm for change and the capability to adapt to changing circumstances. Accountable for compliance to all standards and procedures defined for solutions Ensure efforts and solutions align and adhere to the organization’s Technical Architecture Framework (TAF) policies, standards and direction as well as Solution Owner requirements

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications :-

10+ years of relevant experience in Telecom Services, Enterprise Design, Presales handling domestic & global connectivity/Security services & strong understanding of Data Network. Should have worked on complex solutions for large multinational customers Good understanding of MPLS VPNs, SD WANs , IPLC, Internet protocols , Cyber security solutions and a rich exposure in designing complex solutions for global organisations. Good understanding and experience to build telecom and IT integration services across IT/ITES/BFSI/M&D/ Media & Services business verticals. Excellent understanding of the business process across these verticals. Good Techno commercial and business acumen, presentation and documentation skills. Customer interaction and engagement exposure.

Technical / professional qualifications:

Technology certifications -CCNA, CCNP, SDWAN OEM, SDN, CISSP (Optional)

Educational Qualifications

Engineering Graduate /Post Graduate

Key Performance Indicators :-

Cluster level product penetration specific to Connectivity practice. Ownership of customized solutions at cluster level to ensure process adherence to deliver first time right sale enabling incremental revenue recognition & CXX. Revenue growth and retention strategy support for top accounts in the cluster Deliver order booking in line with cluster DB target
