Automation & EV Manufacturing, Industry 4.0 Night ShiftRole Overview:We are seeking ahighly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME)with10+ years of hands-on experienceinautomation and electric vehicle (EV) manufacturing , combined with expertise inIndustry 4.0 technologies . The SME will lead digital transformation initiatives, optimize EV production processes, mentor teams, and implement smart factory solutions.Key Responsibilities:Act as thetechnical authorityinEV manufacturing, automation systems, and Industry 4.0 solutions . Drive theimplementation of advanced manufacturing technologies , including IoT, robotics, AI/ML for predictive maintenance, digital twins, and process automation. Leadprocess optimization and automation projectsto improve efficiency, quality, and safety in EV production lines. Providementorship, guidance, and trainingto engineers and operational teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams todesign and deploy innovative manufacturing solutions . Evaluate and recommendnew tools, technologies, and best practicesfor EV manufacturing and automation. Conductknowledge-sharing sessions and upskilling programsfor teams in automation and EV manufacturing. Serve as abridge between technical teams and business stakeholders , ensuring alignment of engineering solutions with organizational goals.Qualifications & Skills:10+ years of hands-on experienceinEV manufacturing, automation, and smart factory technologies . Deep knowledge ofIndustry 4.0 : IoT, AI/ML, digital twins, predictive analytics, robotics, and process automation. Proven experience as anSME, technical lead, or senior engineerin EV or automotive manufacturing. Strong understanding oflean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management . Excellentproblem-solving, analytical, mentoring, and communication skills . Hands-on experience withautomation tools, MES, ERP systems, and simulation software .
