Role Overview: As a Marketing Associate, you will create, manage, and optimise content across our digital platforms, primarily focusing on LinkedIn and YouTube . You will work closely with leadership to amplify the brand’s voice, strengthen thought leadership, and engage our community. This role requires a balance of creative storytelling, financial industry expertise, and digital marketing acumen . You will thrive if you enjoy translating complex financial concepts into engaging narratives, spotting social trends early, and experimenting with content formats that drive measurable engagement. Key Responsibilities: Content Development Create high-quality, brand-aligned content for LinkedIn and YouTube. Develop engaging posts, articles, scripts, and updates for the company and the founder’s digital presence. Adapt tone, complexity, and purpose of content for diverse audiences. Industry-Focused Storytelling Leverage financial services knowledge to produce technical and industry-specific content that educates and engages. Translate market insights, investment trends, and governance themes into compelling thought leadership. Social Media & Digital Strategy Maintain a content calendar across LinkedIn and YouTube. Understand and apply social media algorithms, trends, and growth strategies to expand reach and engagement. Ensure consistency in messaging across platforms. Performance & SEO Optimize all content for search engines using relevant keywords and SEO best practices. Track and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, ROI), using insights to refine strategy. Collaboration Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Support marketing initiatives, event promotions, and digital outreach campaigns. Qualification & Skills Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or marketing within the financial services industry . Core Skills Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for tone, clarity, and detail. Proven track record of growing LinkedIn or digital channel engagement. Proficiency in LinkedIn content development and WhatsApp business communication. Solid understanding of SEO, content optimization, and analytics tools. Knowledge of financial products, services, and industry trends. Familiarity with tools such as GlueUp, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Monday.Com , MailChimp (or willingness to learn). Mindset & Attributes Keen observation skills and attention to detail. Growth mindset with the ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical thinking and ability to present data-driven insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external collaboration. Positive attitude, curiosity, and openness to learning.
