Position: Social Media Head Location: Proictus Sports Management Type: Full-time Proictus is a sports management company building community through grassroots football. From hosting The Community League to producing content that celebrates players, coaches, and fans, our mission is to grow the game by telling real stories and delivering real impact. We’re looking for a passionate and organized Social Media Head who understands the pulse of sports and can lead our digital presence with energy and precision. You will be responsible for planning and executing content, managing interns, handling hiring, and being the go-to person for all things social during our events. This is not a remote desk job — you’ll need to be present on event days, coordinating with ground teams and capturing moments as they happen. Content Strategy & Planning Develop and maintain content calendars across all platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Ensure timely and relevant content delivery around events and league activities Be present and active on all event days, coordinating with photographers, videographers, and media interns Manage live coverage, collect behind-the-scenes content, and direct social media activity in real-time Sync with matchday ops to capture key moments and deliver content quickly Lead and mentor a team of interns and junior creators Handle hiring, onboarding, and intern performance tracking Organizational & Communication Excellence Be structured in planning, prioritizing, and meeting content deadlines Stay available for regular calls, meetings, and cross-functional coordination Collaborate with operations, sales, and design teams for aligned communication 3–5 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing ~ Experience working in sports, events, or fast-paced content environments preferred ~ Excellent command over social platforms and content tools (Canva, Meta tools, Google Suite, etc.) ~ Willingness to work weekends/event days and be available for meetings and calls ~ Be at the heart of grassroots sports and content creation in India Lead high-impact digital campaigns with real on-ground stories Build and manage your own creative team while being part of a larger mission
