Our primary focus is to provide engineering services, such as embedded hardware development and firmware/software development, to companies that are building embedded hardware products.
We mainly need someone to help us explore new opportunities in different domains, increase our client base, gain in-depth knowledge of engineering services, create business proposals, and achieve more engagements.
A proven track record selling services like hardware design, firmware development, and embedded Linux software will be a plus.
An electronics or computer science background is a plus.
A min. 2-4 years of experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Find leads from various online or offline sources..
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns
- Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients
- Report to your Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new service offerings and new pricing/payment plans
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling)
- Track record of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written in English language
- Well-versed with negotiation techniques
- Ability to create and give presentations at events or one-on-one meetings
- Understanding of sales performance metrics, familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts)
