Job Description
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization
• Source candidates through job postings, referrals, networking, and other methods
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to determine candidate qualifications
• Maintain knowledge of all relevant hiring laws and regulations
• Provide recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection and compensation packages.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and local labor legislation.
  • Local candidates based in the Philippines will be preferred.

Requirements
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to proactively identify and engage potential candidates. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical positions. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Employer Branding: Promote our company as an employer of choice through social media, networking events, and industry conferences. Offer Management: Coordinate and manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms and conditions of employment. Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback. Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
