Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle international voice and chat processes for global clients.
  • Manage multiple chats and calls with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer queries.
  • Communicate with clients through email, chat, and voice platforms.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Work in a team environment to meet performance targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 0–3 years of experience in an International BPO or similar field.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable handling both chat and voice processes.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work in rotational shifts.
