About the Role

We are seeking a YouTube Specialist to manage and grow our channel. The role focuses on channel operations, video optimisation, audience engagement, and analytics to drive reach and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily channel operations and content uploads.
  • Optimise videos with SEO best practices (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails).
  • Track performance using YouTube Analytics and prepare reports.
  • Assist in planning content calendars and growth strategies.
  • Engage with the audience through comments and community features.
  • Support monetisation efforts (ads, partnerships, sponsorships).

Requirements

  • 0–4 years of experience in YouTube management, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms, and trends.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools is a plus.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
