Key Qualifications:- Seasoned in B2C digital retailing- E-commerce venture management experience- Expertise in FMCG or D2C verticals- Strong industry and product knowledge- Effective team communication skillsMarketing Strategy:- Develop online and email campaigns- Expert in Affiliate marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads- Plan and execute marketing strategies for new and existing products- Develop offline and online brand strategy- Lead in-house teams across key channelsThought Leadership & Analytics:- Drive Thought Leadership for Consumer Acquisition & Retention- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for top-notch digital customer experience- Set and administer quarterly and yearly marketing budgets- Continuously review market changes, trends, and competitor activitiesSocial Media and PR:- Manage and refine social media and PR presence- Measure marketing campaign costs- Own GTM strategy for new products- Execute affiliate, content, and influencer strategies- Perform Keyword, Competitor, and Market ResearchTeam Management and Performance:- Guide the team with best practices- Perform daily account management of PPC accounts- Plan social media strategy for community building- Report on campaign effectiveness using predefined KPIs- Build Re-Targeting channel & grow Monthly Active CustomersTechnical Expertise:- Utilize BI and Journey Mapping tools- Graduate/Post-graduate in Digital Marketing or related field- Experience with analytical and reporting tools (Tableau, Google Analytics, Data Studio)- Deep knowledge of digital marketing across platformsMarketplace Management (Amazon & Flipkart):- End-to-end Management of Marketplaces- Product Research, Catalogue, Listings, and Content Management- Plan and execute promotional and advertising campaigns- Analyze consumer behavior, keywords, and campaign success- Define important advertisement KPIs for increased salesE-commerce Operations:- Price strategies, Inventory Management, and Sales Analysis- Hygiene, Customer Support/Communication Management- ROI achievement of targets, Channel analytics, and insights- Setup daily/weekly/monthly reports for real-time monitoringAdvertising Optimization:- Flipkart AD Optimization: CPC, ROI, PCA & PLA- Amazon AD Optimization: SPA, Brand & Display ADs- Plan social media campaigns to boost product traffic- Managed a minimum AD budget of Rs 1000/day per platformCatalog Management and SEO:- Cataloging on Amazon & Flipkart- Keywords research, Title Improvement, & Management- Utilize social media & AdWords for improved traffic- EBC (A+ content) and Brand store management- Review, Rating Deep Dive & Management- Improve product ranking on different keywords
