Position overview

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Assistant Manager to support our Head Office team in coordinating clinic operations, managing administrative functions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across branches. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong communication for working with multiple departments including HR, accounts, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support

Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of multiple clinics.

Coordinate with clinic in-charges, nurses, pharmacists, and lab staff for smooth functioning.

Monitor clinic reports, daily patient footfall, and procedure statistics.

Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed at branch level.

Support financial documentation and record keeping.

Ensure timely submission of compliance-related documents.

Inventory & Facilities

Monitor stock levels, procurement, and medical supplies.

Coordinate with clinics to prevent overstock, shortages, and expired medicines.

Ensure equipment functionality and proper maintenance.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare MIS reports, operational summaries, and performance dashboards.

Present regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Hospital Administration, Commerce, or related fields.

1-2years of experience in healthcare administration/operations preferred (freshers with strong potential may also apply).

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, and coordinate across teams.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
