Role Overview:
We are looking for a Support Engineer to handle technical and functional queries from our customers. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the technical aptitude to troubleshoot issues while ensuring a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24*7 support by addressing customer queries and issues as they arise.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues, replicate problems, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Document reported issues and escalate them to product/engineering teams when required.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure faster resolution cycles.
  • Maintain accurate logs of interactions, fixes, and follow-ups.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to knowledge base improvements.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to quickly learn product workflows and technical environments.
  • Bring your own laptop.
  • Previous experience in a technical support / support engineer role is a plus.
  • Self-driven, customer-first mindset with the ability to multitask.
