Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Integration & Support Engineer with strong expertise in wireless communication technologies and system integration. The ideal candidate will bring both hands-on wireless experience and advanced algorithmic knowledge to deliver, support, and optimize customer-facing solutions. This role requires someone who thrives in client interactions, has a problem-solving mindset, and can seamlessly bridge technical implementation with customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Deployment & Integration
  • Lead technical deployments and integrations of advanced wireless communication solutions in client environments.
  • Configure, test, and validate system performance, ensuring seamless delivery.

  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams to adapt and optimize solutions for diverse client needs.

  • Client-Facing Support

  • Act as the primary technical contact for clients during implementation and post-deployment support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time, both on-site and remotely.

  • Deliver training, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations to client stakeholders.

  • Technical Expertise

  • Apply wireless communication knowledge (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE/5G, IoT protocols) to ensure reliable and scalable integrations.
  • Utilize Bayesian filtering techniques such as Kalman Filters, Particle Filters, and Hidden Markov Models (HMMs) for signal processing, optimization, and accuracy improvements.
  • Develop and adapt solutions with object-oriented programming skills in C++, C#, or Python.
  • Work with data-driven insights to enhance system performance in dynamic wireless environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in wireless communication technologies (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE/5G, IoT protocols).
  • Hands-on experience with Bayesian filtering techniques (Kalman Filters, Particle Filters, HMMs).
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming (C++, C#, or Python).
  • Proven track record in customer-facing technical roles with strong communication, troubleshooting, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects and work independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Prior experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical support.
