About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, schedules, and critical business activities. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience with a background in land acquisition, tender filing, travel bookings, and visa processing. This role demands strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the executive's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic & international).
  • Handle visa applications, passport renewals, hotel bookings, and flight reservations.
  • Experience in land acquisition and tender filing is preferred.
  • Draft, prepare, and review reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Handle all communication (emails, phone calls, correspondence) on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for meetings and projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality in managing sensitive business and personal information.
  • Proactively remind the executive of important commitments, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Manage personal calendars including family, healthcare, and social engagements.
  • Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
