We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Assist in managing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Support project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role (4-5 years of experience).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
