Job Description

What will the role look like?
You will:
- Establish and maintain productive working relationships with current and potential sellers in- UAE.- Achieve successful first-time resolutions on all seller interactions.- Ability to recognize and identify system, process and policy issues impacting sellers/ partners.- Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Logistics, or Payments teams as and- when required to resolve Seller’s issues and queries.- Outbound calling is required for this role.

- Competencies and skills required Must have:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic will score you extra points. Being- trilingual would be incredible)- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.- Keen logical reasoning and analytical skills.- Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools.- Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy interacting with key stakeholders of the- organization on a daily basis.- Good interpersonal skills. Great team player.- Planning, prioritization and time-management skills.- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude. Detail-orientation.- Experience in analyzing large databases and experience in advanced Microsoft Excel.
