The Product Manager will report to the VP of Games, working closely with design, art, and engineering teams to ensure that the product vision is followed and executed to specification.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the full game product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond.
- Be hands-on, own the roadmaps, write specifications, develop, and extend the game economy model at the feature or product level.
- Collaborate efficiently with different teams such as design, analytics, LiveOps, UX, art, and engineering teams.
- Analyse and interpret data, including A/B test data, to provide insights, meaningful suggestions, and recommendations for action items.
- Help define the strategic direction for the game, define the product roadmap, and execute on it.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or design, or an MBA degree (with a focus on data science or design is preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in product management for mobile games.
- Ability to think creatively and develop detailed design specifications, wireframes, and flowcharts.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, KPIs, and game economy models.
- Passion for games and a desire to create enjoyable player journeys.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and perseverance.
- Strong leadership and management skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in-game live ops is good to have.
