Overview: We're looking for a dedicated Product Manager to lead the evolution and

enhancement of our trading mobile application. If you thrive on driving product strategy,

managing feature development, and optimizing user experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business

objectives and user feedback.

 Define strategic initiatives to enhance the trading app's market position and user

satisfaction.

 Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to prioritize and

implement new features and enhancements.

 Conduct industry feature comparison and benchmarking to maintain competitiveness.

 Champion UX/UI best practices to optimize user satisfaction and engagement.

 Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to drive continuous

improvement.

 Monitor daily platform metrics, including app performance, usage analytics, and user

retention.

 Utilize data insights to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.

 Regularly review customer reviews and feedback channels to extract actionable

insights.

 Implement feedback-driven improvements to enhance app functionality and usability.

 Review usage patterns of existing app features and conduct assessments to remove

redundant or underutilized features.

 Ensure app efficiency and simplicity while maintaining relevance.

 Communicate product updates, milestones, and strategy effectively to stakeholders

across the organization.

 Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support product launches and

promotional activities.

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or

related field. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

 Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on mobile applications,

particularly in B2C environments.

 Experience managing large-scale mobile applications with significant user bases

(5M+ downloads).

 Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and

influence stakeholders at all levels.

 Experience in the trading industry or financial technology (FinTech) sector is a plus.
