**Job Summary**: The Shift Incharge - 3:30 AM is responsible for managing and supervising all activities and personnel during a designated shift. They ensure that operations run smoothly, productivity targets are met, and quality standards are maintained. This role requires effective leadership, decision-making skills, and the ability to handle various operational challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities during the shift, including production, manufacturing, or service delivery processes.
- Monitor workflow and ensure that tasks are completed according to schedules and quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of employees, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities, including production reports, attendance, and incidents.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
