Role Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a Private Label Sales Manager who’s ready to dive in and grow our private-label division, overseeing third-party production and cultivating meaningful partnerships. You’ll be our point person in managing client relationships, making Protein World the go-to brand for businesses seeking high-quality, customized sports nutrition and health products. If you’re passionate about health, have a strong sales background, and know your way around nutrition and supplement production, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
Engage and onboard new clients looking for private-label solutions in health and nutrition. Build strong, trust-based relationships, becoming a reliable partner in helping them achieve their product goals.
• Sales Strategy & Business Development
Create and execute sales strategies that position Protein World as a premier private-label partner. Meet and exceed sales targets while driving business growth for the division.
• Product Knowledge & Market Insight
Be the expert in all things sports nutrition and supplements. From pre-workouts to protein powders, you’ll guide clients in creating products that meet market demands, leveraging your understanding of key ingredients and formulations.
• Project Management & Coordination
Oversee the production cycle for each private-label project, coordinating with internal teams to ensure quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. Lead the process from initial inquiry to final delivery.
• Market Trends & Competitive Analysis
Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor moves. Provide insights and recommendations that keep Protein World’s private-label offerings relevant, innovative, and ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience
5-10 years in sales or client-facing roles within the nutrition, supplements, or health industry, particularly with third-party or private-label production.
• Product Knowledge
Deep understanding of sports nutrition and supplement ingredients and formulations. Familiarity with products like pre-workouts and protein powders is essential.
• Communication & Relationship Skills
Excellent communicator with a knack for building rapport and trust. Able to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional service.
• Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated
Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. You’re proactive, solution-focused, and can work independently.
