We are looking for a Vigilance Manager, having a minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience, who will oversee and conduct investigations for any probable fraud, corruption, and other unethical activities within the organisation. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, creating and implementing fraud prevention measures, and processes and maintaining the integrity of the organisation's overall operations.
The Position is going to be based at our corporate headquarters in Gurugram, Haryana - India
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Create and manage an anti-corruption helpline within the organisation including tracking, monitoring and reporting of whistleblower cases.
Develop fraud prevention strategies and processes based on information available from both traditional & non-traditional data/information sources.
Conduct fraud investigations on any such occurrence involving employees, customers, and vendors of the company.
Identify criteria, validate data, and communicate awareness of trends to influence fraud prevention, model revisions and rule efficacy to stakeholders and senior management.
Issue of comprehensive reports along with clear and evidence-based factual recommendations
Identify and assess risks related to fraud and unethical behaviour within the organization.
Conduct training programs to educate employees on vigilance, fraud prevention, and ethical conduct.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of investigations and risk assessments.
Education, Experience & Skills:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in organisational fraud investigations, risk management, or related field.
Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
Education Qualification required:
MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or similar is preferred.
