Role Description

This is an internship role for an HR Intern located on-site in Mumbai. The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day tasks including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Responsibilities will include posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating employee onboarding, assisting in employee relations activities, and supporting various HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and resume screening skills
  • Experience with employee engagement and relations
  • Administrative skills for supporting HR operations and onboarding
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
